Since 2 years, we’ve been providing, via Venezia Autentica, all our help and services to the shop owners and the local community completely for free and all the expenses that we’ve been making are out of our own pockets.

Can I use your pass to buy from your members or book an experience online?
Currently, the pass allows you to get a discount only when you shop, eat and drink in Venice at the locations which display our logo. Online shopping and any kind of experience bookings are excluded. If you ask because you can not come to Venice before a bit, remember that the pass is valid one whole year from the date of purchase and that even if you don’t end up using it, the money it generates makes a lot of difference as it helps us carry out our work.
