“Ae Bricoe” is an authentic bacaro on the renown Fondamenta degli Ormesini on the district of Cannaregio, that has become a favourite of the locals, despite being open only since 2017.

“Ae bricoe” has everything to entice the gourmet wanting to try local salamies and mortadella or special local cheeses made with peppermint, herbs or even redwine, but is also a go-to place for the local worker in need of a big panino stuffed with local products of his choice, as well as for the teenager in need of a quick ‘tramezzino’ on his way back home after school.
