The renown and respected TV channel shot a reportage with Valeria Duflot and Sebastian Fagarazzi, highlighting their work with Venezia Autentica to try and improve the life of Venetians, who are struggling due to mass tourism.
In April 2018, WDR aired a 40 minutes reportage showing and describing the challenges of life in Venice and the negative effects brought by mass tourism. The show highlights the work of young Venetians to improve the situation. Valeria Duflot and Sebastian Fagarazzi, as protagonists, are interviewed and followed in their day to day work to change the situation in Venice by enabling visitors to have a positive impact on the local community.
