      In order to find a solution to this problem and make the life of the inhabitants easier, the mayor of the city has instituted, from June 2016, priority access to the transportations for owners of the “Venezia Unica Oro” card, a public transportation card available only to residents in the Venice municipality. This decision has been taken in order to improve the liveability of the city, not to discriminate.
