Undergoing renovations since May 2015, the Historical Naval Museum, which had been founded in 1919, is not yet open to the public.
It is, however, possible to visit the Ships Pavillion, a branch of the Historical Naval Museum itself, located close to the Arsenal bridge.
Some examples of Venetian boats are exposed: ancient ceremonial gondolas and working boats, as well as the military ships.
